Our History
Different Seasuns has grown tremendously since it's humble beginnings many years ago!
Locally owned and operated since the very beginning, we opened in late 1989 with only 5 beds in a small, strip shopping center on Route 4. By offering outstanding customer service and a friendly, pleasant atmosphere, our customer database grew substantially and, in a few years, we decided expansion was an absolute necessity. In 1995, we moved to our present location on South Gilmore Rd. and added additional beds, staff and inventory.
In 2000, we acquired the old Florida Skys tanning salon in Fairfield, and then things really took off! By the end of 2004, we had acquired Four Seasons, Classic Tan and Suretan (all of Fairfield, Ohio) and Paradise Tan of West Chester, Ohio. And in 2006 and 2007, we added Perfect Tan and Sunshine Hut to our database. The acquisition of the new salons allowed us to bring in some new, very popular beds, including the Leg Tanner, 12-minute VHR bronzing bed and an aqua-massage unit!
In 2005, we added a new 30-minute circuit training fitness center. We you need more than just curves . . . come check us out! Competitively priced at only $14.99 per month, our PACE fitness center offers a great cardio and strength-training workout for every body type.
